"Pinot Grigio" white wine is the Italian version of French Pinot Gris, the smallish grapes are grouped in clusters reminiscent of Pine Cones (Fr. Pinot) and vary in shades of grey (Fr. Gris) although DNA linked to Pinot Noir this gorgeous crisp white from Italy is a light bodied "Spritzy" favourite and is regarded as Early Maturing, however, left to mature in the bottle for a few weeks, will definitely pay off, as usual . . . . . Patience is a virtue!
