Tony’s Tips

Instructions are on the reverse of the label! So remove carefully by slitting along the join to avoid a Sellotape hunt! Not a great looker on the tin perhaps, but this Kit makes a superb Basic Apple Cider, that can easily be enhanced to personal taste if you know how to adjust the Strength, Colour, Body, Fullness, Sweetness, Bitterness, Liveliness and Richness (sounds like a personal attributes statement from a dating agency!) you can make your Young’s Brew Buddy the perfect “Bespoke” drinking Partner.

My Preference Is To Only Top Up To 32 Pints And Add Some Chopped Apples Or Apple Juice Along With The Ingredients In The Tin And The 1kg Of Sugar, This Results In A Slightly Stronger But More Appley Result.
