Unwanted items
- Any item returned unused and undamaged within 30 days of purchase will receive a FULL REFUND.
- There shall be no restocking or handling fee.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Any item returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a FULL REFUND.
- There shall be no restocking or handling fee.
- If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
In the first instance please use the 'Contact Us' form, giving details of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will provide a return address and RMA number.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Or your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
