We strive to keep our Shipping Fees to a minimum, whilst also providing a rapid service.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days and often sooner.
Our Couriers
Most orders up to 4kg are sent By Royal Mail Tracked.
Larger, heavier or more expensive items are sent by Trackable Courier Service, when your order is sent by DPD or DHL you will receive a tracking number so that you may follow the progress of your delivery.

Glass & Fragile Products
We know how annoying it can be to have an order arrive damaged and we take great care in correctly packaging all our orders, where glass or fragile items are concerned we take extra care.
In most cases glass is double boxed, please note when packaging larger glass items like demijohns our inner packaging may contain reclaimed material for padding.
Please note it is not possible to send some items outside of UK Mainland, this would include co2 bulbs and some glass items.
